Devon Brown is a highly regarded organization development consultant, executive coach, leadership development facilitator, and thought leader, with 20+ years of experience, dedicated to developing and transforming individual leaders, teams and organizations. As a consultant, Devon works with companies of all sizes to build performance systems that support OKR success, enable feedback and drive performance through transformative conversations. He helps companies both develop and implement new transformative performance strategies through a deep understanding of what it takes to build and roll-out engaging, performance systems that truly work.

Devon approaches his consulting work with a rigorous commitment to listening to his clients, asking critical questions, and applying a neuroscience and systems thinking perspective. Previously, Devon has worked with several leading global human capital consulting firms including Linkage, Inc., and the NeuroLeadership Institute where Devon focused on helping global F100 companies revolutionize performance management systems.

Devon lives in Boulder, CO and holds a PhD in Organization Communication from the University of Colorado, a Bachelor’s in Conflict Studies from Earlham College, and a coaching certificate from NLI. Devon has worked across most industries with organizations big and small, with a focus on oil & gas, healthcare, financial services, and agriculture.
